Innovative technology to optimise turnaround

As a largely paperless environment, we encourage our clients to send files electronically. 

By sending files electronically,  we are able to process the information through optical character recognition (OCR) technology, which allows instant search capabilities to the entire file.  This hugely cuts down the need for search time by our Costs Draftsmen when working from paper files and means you’ll get your expertly drafted documents quicker.

On receipt, your files are scanned onto our secure system by our digital mailroom and returned to you straight away.
