Nova Costs has invested in innovative document and case management technologies to optimise the time it takes to turn around a bill, negotiate and settle, whilst providing you with visibility of the process from start to finish.

Our digital mailroom scans all cases on the day they arrive, and all files are processed through optical character recognition (OCR) technology, which allows  instant search capabilities to the entire file.

All cases and work in progress can be monitored on our client portal.

Documents, including Bills, can be signed electronically, allowing us to move quickly on
your behalf without having to wait for delivery of hard copy, and thus speeding up the process of getting you your payment.

All of this means you can more accurately forecast cash flow, and subsequently your
applications for finance. And it also proves invaluable in helping you improve your margins, and the way your business runs.
